This class is based on the Interval Training format. It intersperses a cardio burst (jump rope, skippees, etc.) with a strength training exercise (theraband biceps, knee push-ups, planks, etc.) and back and forth with the goal of maintaining a target heart rate (fat burning zone).
It's fun and the hour goes by in a flash. It's probably the most efficient workout there is. The results tend to work really well for women and leave them with tons of strength, stamina and toned muscles (yet still with a feminine look).

***WE WILL BE MEETING AT THE PLAYGROUND OVERHANG ON THE BLACK TOP ON THE NW RALEIGH SIDE OF THE SCHOOL***

WHEN:
MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS AT 6:00PM TO 7:00PM

HOW MUCH?:
$108 FOR 3 DAYS A WEEK ($9 PER CLASS)
$80 FOR 2 DAYS A WEEK ($10 PER CLASS)
