ZOOM - FACETIME - WHATSAPP 

 

ONLINE TRAINING

After assessing your goals and desired training method, you will be invited via ZOOM - FACETIME - WHATSAPP to join the instructor in a one hour session. The price is $50/per one hour session. The price can be negotiated if there are more than one person(s) joining the session. So, if you want your mom or best friend to join, we can dial her up too. 

Depending on your goals, we can tailor a workout/program just for you. If you have home equipment..great! If not, no problem. We can do all body weight exercises that require no equipment at all. Also, if you have a pilates reformer at home, we can accommodate that.

We have been performing online sessions for some time and have the kinks ironed out. So give us a try!

FITNESS/DIET COACHING

Are you wanting to get started, but your body isn't quite ready to follow your mind?  Sometimes the best approach is to talk about the road blocks you are experiencing and get your diet organized. 

While we are not registered dieticians, we do have over 20 years of studying nutrition which we can help pass on to our clients. Many times it only takes a few adjustments to see a big change in how you look and feel. 

We guide you on how to read labels and how to look at food differently. Food should not be about stress and shame, it should be about enjoyment and nourishment. 

Also, we help you know what to look for at the grocery store so that you can eat the healthiest possible for you budget. 

Recipes can be provided and a plan that works for you!
